ABOUT FCS

Founded in Berlin, Connecticut by Robert Boulanger III, FCS was created to connect fire-code compliance with the service work buildings need. Its model brings inspection, testing, maintenance, repairs and documentation into one coordinated program.
FCS combines system services with emergency preparedness, life safety review and regulatory liaison. The team supports active fire protection systems as well as fire doors, dampers, fire-stopping and emergency lighting.
FCS joined Altus in December 2024, strengthening the family's Connecticut presence and adding a specialist approach to compliance and documentation.
