Central Station Monitoring
Our 24/7 central station monitoring service offers automatic response to alarm signals. Our central monitoring station makes use of efficient alarm signal transmission technology and specially trained operators to reach out to our clients and promptly dispatch the fire department when an alarm signal is received.

Engineering
Our engineering department provides technical, engineering, surveying and hands-on support to our customers and the rest of the Altus team. The team collaborates with the CAD department and customers to execute on functions such as site surveys and floor plan generation, key design-built projects and study on matters such as early detection, sensitive environments and landmarks.

Expediting/Filing
We offer the most efficient filing services to help you with all necessary plans and documents for design, filing and final sign off. We also provide recertification service for violation orders, obtaining final letters of approval and other documents.

A.R.C.S. Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance
Auxiliary Radio Communication Systems (“A.R.C.S.”) are independent radio communication systems for emergency situations in buildings enabling firefighters to communicate from any floor that is within the transmission range of an antenna. They use two-way radio technology to enhance transmitted signals to ensure coverage throughout buildings. Altus offers supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance for our state-of-the-art A.R.C.S. in all types of buildings along with engineering, filing and certification services.

Altus offers a wide range of fire and life safety drills to help prepare for emergency scenarios. These drills provide safety awareness and preparedness, maintain high standards for prevention and sustain a safe environment for all building occupants. Our services include but are not limited to, fire drills, evacuation drills, shelter-in-place drills, stairwell familiarization drills, and elopement drills.

Altus designs and develops custom plans to meet the unique needs of buildings and help ensure the safety of its occupants. Typical plans include Fire Safety and Evacuations Plans, Emergency Action Plans (non-fire emergencies), Fire Protection Plans, floor plans, and standpipe/sprinkler riser diagrams.
